The staff were super friendly and always there to help. The best part was how close the hotel was to Venice. Just a quick bus ride and we were in the heart of the city, exploring all the cool places like St Mark's Square and the Rialto Bridge. The hotel itself was really cool too, with its old Venetian villa vibes. We felt like we were in a movie!
The only thing we wished for was a more happening nightlife scene near the hotel. We were a group of young party-goers and we wanted to hit the clubs and have some late-night fun.

We loved the Hotel, the design of the rooms, the atmosphere. The staff was very friendly and very helpful. Breakfast was good. Restaurant is a little bit pricy but very good. Bus for Venice leaves in front of the hotel. Takes about 30 minutes to Venice.
The only draw back is the site of the hotel. The rooms facing the street can be noisy, if you open the window. Sound insulation of the windows is place

I got amazing value for my money at this hotel. The room was clean, modern, and spacious, with thoughtful touches like tea and coffee. The location was convenient, with a bus stop right outside to take us into Venice. The staff were friendly and helpful, making our stay even better.
The breakfast selection could have been better.

Beautifully renovated in a very modern style. Excellent helpful staff, a lovely restaurant. Really liked the tea/coffee making facilities in reception. A good location to access Venice, or as in our case, ferry from Venice.
Nothing

Room was so noisy, and the wifi signal is too weak and slow, but cost 10 Euro per day.. Hotel itself is absolutely not 5 star hotel. I'd put 3 1/2 star.

Upgraded mini suite, roomy, beautiful lighting, well-stocked facilities, daily towel and toiletry service, welcome drink and chocolates.
Nothing not to like.

This hotel was in a good location with easy access to nearby attractions. the rooms were clean and well-maintained, and the staff was friendly and accommodating. the complimentary breakfast was a nice touch with a good variety of options. the hotel also had a fitness center which was a plus.
the decor was outdated and could use some updating.

Luxury and exclusivity are just some of the words that come to mind when thinking of this hotel. Our elegant suite was fully equipped with all the exclusive amenities, including private facilities, that we could have wished for. We enjoyed great breakfasts and a memorable evening meal in the hotel's restaurant. the staff went above and beyond to accommodate our needs, providing excellent service. Finally, the hotel's location advantages were a plus, within easy reach of Venice's attractions.
The only minor issue we encountered was the lack of a swimming pool at the hotel, which we had expected. this was not a major problem as there are plenty of sights to see in Venice.

The breakfast was very good, with a varied continental option and fresh eggs cooked to order. The room was comfortable and spacious, with a modern bathroom and daily cleaning. The location was also convenient, with easy access to public transportation for a quick trip to the city center.
The lack of soundproofing between rooms made it difficult to sleep at times, as noise from neighboring guests could be heard. the view from the room left something to be desired, as it faced a busy road and lacked natural light.

We had a wonderful stay at a charming Italian hotel near Venice. The rooms were comfortable and stylish, with the expected amenities of a 5-star hotel. The staff were friendly and always ready to assist. The bus stop right outside the hotel made it convenient to explore Venice. We also enjoyed a delicious seafood meal at the on-site restaurant. I highly recommend this hotel for a memorable stay near Venice.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel. The staff was very accommodating, ensuring our needs were taken care of with a smile. The hotel was stylish and clean, and we loved our superior double room with a balcony overlooking the river. We enjoyed the reasonably-priced delicious food at the hotel restaurant, and the breakfast was great too. The hotel's location was very convenient, with a bus station right outside that took us directly to Venice city center.
No negatives from this hotel. All aspects were great.
